Service Description

This is a full assessment of hair health, scalp health and a plan to achieve healthy Locs. Come prepared with any questions you may have, a list of any medications or any concerns. Deposits are REQUIRED when you come in so please have your card or cash readily available. Appointments will not be booked without a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours are required to cancel an appointment. Anything under 24 hours will result in a FULL PRICE of the intended service fee. No-Show fees are full price of your service. Late fees - If you are late you will not be serviced. Anything over the exact time of your appointment will result in a no show fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within 24 hours of booking.
